VILLA ALEGRE THEME SONG?

I'm going crazy trying to remember the theme song to the 1970's PBS kids show "Villa Alegre" (aka "Happy Village" in english). All I can remember is part of the theme which went something like "La la la la la, la la la la, la la la la, Villa Alegre! Goodbye Amigo, our song is over..." and so on,but that's all I know. I used to watch the show all the time when I was a kid. I learned to speak a lot of Spanish from watching. I remember there was a bird that talked and kids and singing. Anyone else know the song? Help me.
